Cultural Understanding equals English Skills Improvement?

Nowadays we as a human being often exchange cultural tradition in many modern ways. So, we brought this topic because we have a vision that understanding a culture will make acculturation, assimilation also improve our English skill. Even though there is some issues such as westernization, globalization, or somehow will deconstruct our actual culture. But it also bring good impact to us (in line 2). Neither its positive nor negative but we must to study this because it will adjust our knowledge and the readers knowledge.
